Stableford Bogey at Hastings Links A Stableford bogey mateh was played on Saturday by the Hastings Golf Club under perfect weather conditions. Early in the week, on account of the heavy frosts, the grounds staff had found it practically impossible to give tlie desired attention to the greens, but fortunately the fine weather on Friday was taken full advantage of, with the resulfc that the greens were in perfect order during the -week-end. The A-grade mateh was wom by W. A. Wilson, with a soore of 38, and it is worthy of note that this player fin* ished off his round with two "eagles" — a three at the seventeenth followed by a three at the eighteentb, In tho B-grade three playrs tied, but W.
