Sacrament was the subject oi the Lesson-Sermon in all Churches of Christ. Scientist, on Sunday, July 11. Ihe Golden Text was Rev., 7 :13,14, ""\Yhat are these which- are arrayed in white robes ? and whence came they ? . . . These are they which came out. of great tribulation, and have washed their robes and rnade them white in the blood of the Lamb." Among tbe citations which comprised the Lesson-Sermon were the following from the Bible, "And he took the cup and gavo it to tliem^ saying, Drihk ye all of it." Also the following passages from the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures,'' by Mary Baker Eddy, "Christians, are you drinkiug his cup? Are all who eat bread and drink wine in luemory of Jesus willing truly to drink his cup, take his cross, and leave all for the Christ-principle 1 Then why ascribe this inspiration to a dead rite, instead of showing by casting out er.ror and makingj the body "holy, acceptable unto God," that Truth has come to the understanding." (p33).
