NEW YORK, July 10. Nikola Tesla, who was 81 to-day, continued his custom of celebrating birthdays with new inventionu. He announced a device for breaking up atoms, producing a cheap substltute i'or radium. He said his inventions and longevity were due to not taking coffce and tea marrying.
