Fishing bait is sold by a home-mado slot machine recently constructed by Herman Douyard, a Northampton (U.S.A) bait vendor. When a customer deposits a coin in a slot and turns the handle, an "elevator" descends to a storage chuto and a lever places a can of worms on the elevator. The worrn hoist then ascends the shaft and a second lever pushes the can out of the machine on to the ground.
