Mae West, the. film actress, who for many years denied that be had ever been married to Frank Wallace the vaudeville artist, who bas brought an action to compel her to admit the relationship and divide the community property whicb he aJleged pxeeeds 100,000 dollars. Miss West denies that she bad ever lived with him and alleges that he subsequently mai'ried again rithout divorcing her.
