AUCKLAND, Last Night. Plam speaking was indujged in at the Education Board meeting to-day by ivLi W. I, Bowyer during consideration ui the question of milk for school cbiidreti. Tbe board had applicd for uo/cmment grants for eocoa and milk i'or certuin country schools, and the Jifectot had repiicd that there was no authority for such a courso, but hlups wtre bcing taken.
