The following officers and commatees were eleeted: — Ohairman, Mt Gny Eootfort; truafees, Messrs E. Bibby F. C. Clark, R. McGlashan, J. J); Ormond junr., F. G. Smith, C. C. Smith, G. C. Tripe, Napier; house committee, MisS Collison, and Mesdames G. E. Waterworth, H. Coleman, C. Douglas, J. H. Oldham, G. Rochfort, Montgomery Williams; and W. Dinwiddie; Eskdale house committee. Mesdames E. W. Holt, Cormack, A. Beattie, and J. H. Absolum; Hastings District Committee, representatives, Miss Fofd, and Mesdames Lovell-Smith, Brathwaite, .T. Price and G. C. Tripe.
