MRS. E. N. LIFFITON

The death has occurred of Mrs. Charlotte Frances Liffiton, another of Wanganui's pioneer citizens. The eldest daughter of the late Mr. Joseph Chadwick, who for many years was an auctioneer in Wanganui, Mrs. Liffiton was born in London. She accompanied her parents to ' Australia, and | soine years later came with them to |New Zealand. Mrs. Liffiton had resided iji Wanganui fojr 70 years. Mr's. Liffiton, and two daugbters, Miss Liffiton and Mrs. Miles (Feilding), There are also six gj-andchildren and ono great-grandchild.
