Young Man Collapses SUFFERING EFFECTS OF POISON

AUCKLAND, Last Night. A minor seflsation occurred in a city tJieatfe on Saturday night. Just after the audience liad returned to the bheatre after the interval a young man staggered out of the men's cloak room and collapsed. The ambulance jvas immediately suminoned and a constable was called. The man, who is 25 years of age, js believed to be a visitor to the city. He was taken to the hospital in the ambulance, apparently suffering from the effects of poison. It is also understood that he was not attending the session which was being. held af the theatre. His condition was fnirlj serious when he was admitted to the hospital but. he was reported to bc making good progress to-niglxt.
