De iValera Party in The Lead (Received 5, 1 p.m.) DUBLIN, July 4. Latest election figures- are as follow: — De Valera party 56 seats. Cosgrave party 33 seats. Labour 11 seats. Independents 8 seats. At the last general election Mr. de Yalera's Fianna Fail Party gained, for
