OTAN^, This, Day. A good game of liugby was witnessed on Saturday between Waipukurau and Otane, the foryier winning by 14 points to nine. The teams were: — Otane: H:ggs, J. Scrimgeour, Pene, Srnith, Peach, Tolley, Braclcen, Burgess, Beale, Green, Orr, Kaukau, Stephens, Wright, McWha. Waipukurau: Blair, Ituapuhu, Johnston, Fergusson, Norman, Benson Higgins, Petersen, Spotswood, Crapp, Gibson, Lovatt, McKay, Walker, Hampton Play was very even in the first half, in which Waipukurau put 011 six points to Otane 's three. Play was very exciting in the second spell, the finil scores being 14 to 9 in f'avour of Waipukurau.
