(Received 5, 1.0 p.m.) HAVANA, July 4. Count Covadonga, eldest son of exKing Alfonso of Spain, with a briel simple ceremdny last night marx-ied Marta Rocafort, aged 23, fqrmerly a New York model. The bride, attended only by her fatlier, descended the marble stairs of her subUrban residence wearing a gown of silver 1am© and joined Count Covadonga at a marble table where they smiled at each other while a notary read the Marriage Act. There were no' responses and no ring. A band played the wedding marcli after the national anthem. There were 150 guests present. Count Covadonga was born at Madrid in May, 1907, and was reported to have renounced his rights to the Spanish throne when his fatber, Alfonso XIII., similarly renounced the throne after the republic had been proclaimed. The Count married his Cuban wife in June, 1933 and began a suit for annulment of his marriage last July. She had sued for divorce. For some time past there have been differences between tliein. At tbe time of the marriage it was announccd that the parents of tlie bridegroom were firmly opposed to it, and that the King had determined to cut the allowance of his son. Recently the Count was ordered to pay his wife alimony of 250 dollars a month and 750 dollars counsel-s fees. Ex-King Alfonso of Spain severed relations with Count Covadonga on May 20 ef this year,
