Caught in Northland Floods

WHANGAREI, July g. Gay Aere, a half brother of Blaek Marlin, will never race again. With his mother, Gay Acre tvas caught by the flood ou the property of Mr. A. Finlaysoii, Whakapara, and was .swept against the girders of a traflic bridgo, his head hitting the iromvork. The carcase was last seen caroQring tovrards tiro Ilikuarangi swamp.
