Owiug lo the arrival of the Rangitiki at Wellington being delayed, tlie eivic reception which was to have beeu aeeorded meiubers of tlie New Zoaland Coronation contingent will not be held. The Rangitihi is expeeted to arrive late to-inorrow. The contuigeut will, consequently. be welcomecl at Ihe wharf after tlie ship berths, tlie present iuteutioii being to give tliem a brief reception by the Minister of Defence (the Hon. F. Jonos) aud the Mayor of Wellington (Mr T. C. A. Hislpp).
