"JJOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a meeting of the above named Board to be holden in the Office of the Board in Browning Street, Napier, on FRIDAY, the 23rd July next, at the hour of 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon, it is the Board 's intention to make and levy a general rate on all rateable property within the Omarunui Drainago Boaxd District and that the rate will be levied'on a graduated scale in accordance with the provigjons in that behalf of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, and its amendments. That is to say:^ — On all lands classified under SubSection A of Section 33 two pence (2d) for every pound of unimproved value. On all lands cjassifled under SubSection B of Section 33 oue penny and three-fourths (1 3-4) of a penny for every pound of unimproved value. Ou all lands classified under SubSection O of Section 33 one penny and three-eighths (1 3-8) of a penny for every pound of unimproved value, The said rate will be for the year begun on the first day of April, 1937, and ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1938, and to be payable in one amount on the first day of August next at the Office of the Board in Browning Street, Napier.
