All members of the party wero accounted. for and reports received from all parta of th« country indieated substantial progress, Mr. Hamilton dhelaxed that the organisatidn had reached a state of ; einciency never before approached in ihis experience. A very largo number of new branches have been forxaed and menibers who have been engaged an a JDoininion campaigu, reported a bdg BWing toward tlia Natiohal Farty, particuiarly in the davryiog districts and larger centree. The prineip&l business engaging the attenfion of the saueus during its two days' deliberations, was that oi pblicy. Conpiderable progress wae made and the matter will be iinalised when the Dominion Council meeta Special oorhmit* tees were set up to cousider varihus subjects and a number of xemite and snggestiona from various branehee and buiineM and pastoral organisations were collated and dealt with in preparation for the Dominion Oouncil meeting. It ip expected Mr. Hamilton will be in a poeition to give aa ontline ef the policy at ,the annnal oonferenoe ef tbe party next month. The meeting placed on record its appreciation Of the great progress made by the party nnder the lOadership of Mr. Hamilton.
