AVIATRIX DELAYED
(Received 2, 11.0 a.m.) SYDNEY, July 2. It is now stated in connection with Mrs Earhart Putnam" departure from Lae for Howlnad Island that the departure was delayed due to a broken fuel-line, and also to wireless static at Malabar uiaking it impossible to obtain time Bignals by which to set' the clironometer of the plane.
