NEW COMPANIES
Napier Registrations Tho registration of four new coiu panies in Napier has been Gazetted. All are private companies. K. and M. Stores, Ltd., with a capital of £1500 in £1 shares, will acquire and take over the business of Kent's Departmental Stores. The subscribers are O. Kent and A. Mitchell, both of Wairoa, who have 750 shares each. ltolls, Wood and Co., Ltd., will acquire and take over as a going concern the wholesale and retail business of N. R. ltolls and It. F. Woodt with a capital of £1250 in £1 shares. The subscribers are N. It. Kolls 1000, It. V. Wood 200 and E. W. Luke 50, all t.f Napier. The Hawke's Bay Loau and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd, with a capital of £1000 in £l shares, lias been foruied to carry. on the business of loau and rnereantile agents. Thc subscribers are J. .A Itosieur 999 and V. E. Itosicur 1. both of Napier. Hay and Watsou, Ltd., with a capital of £800 in £1 shares will acquire and take over the importing and. indenting business of E. W. Hay. The subscribers are It. W. Hay. of Palmerston North. 400, and O. J, Watson, of Napier, 400.
