£4000 Pay-RoII Taken by Burglars (Reeeived 2, 1.30 p.m.) SUVA, July 2. The Bank of New Soutb Wales was robbed of £4000 between midnight on Wednesday and daylight on Tliursday. The money was taken from a strongroom which contained a box ready to take to the Tavua inines for the payroll, The box was found across the road broken open and the cash and notes taken. A few drafts were left. No locks wero broken in the strongroom.
