WELLINGTON, Last Night. Holding that an eight-hour daj worked on phosphate cargo in a hjgli wrad was sufficient, waterside workers refused to work overtime on the n§w motor ship aWiana yesterday. The Waiana is diseharging phospliates from Safaga, in the Red Sea. Tliis morning nogotiations were entered mto between the employers ano tha workers, and to-night overtime wdJ be worked.
