WELLINGTON, This Day. The hearing of the claim by Lady Hunter for tne removal of Cyril Baul Hunter, Akitio, and Thomas Percy Hunter, Porangahau, from. the trusteeehip of the estate of hcr ltLte husband, Sir Georgo Hunter, was continued in the Supreme Court at Wellington yesterday. To enable a witness to be lieard before leaving on a tnp abroad, the evidence of Lady Hunter, commenced. the previous day, was interrupted. Mr Justice Sxnith ie hearing tlie case, in which Mr J. D. "Willis and Mr K. B. Scott are appearing for plaintill and Mr 0. H. Weston, K.C., and Mr J. H. Dunn for defendants. Walter Edward Barber, sheep-farmer. Foxton, whose evidence was interposed, said that after inspecting the Porangahau station he formed the impresaion that the place had once been well run but was now neglected. He gave details of the respects in which he found fault with the management. Oontinuing hcr evidence, Lady Hunter said that slie herself liad eeen beautiful ewes and hoggets, wutli a market value of 38/- each, killed for consumption on the station. There W$ru 46 rabbiting dogs on tho property, and she had counted as many as 39 shodp dogs. Both classes of dogs were fe^l with meat. Lady Hunter was still in the box When the Court adjourned, - ,
