DUNEDIN, Last Night. "The question of an appeal against the piece-work wages "deeision by the Magistrate yesterday is to be considered by the Labour Department. If the department does not" make an appeal the union will do so," said the secretary of the Otago Woollen Mills , Employees ' TJnion, who added that if the attftude of the employers was continued the only thing to do would be to eliminate piece-work. "Whether or not piece-work is to be dcne will be discussed at the next undon meeting," said the union secretary. "If it is decided to cut it out the employers will be the iosers. ' '
