LONDON, June 29. The morning papers highly praise Wallace, Moloney and Eoberfcs. Mr. Howard MarshaH, in. the Daily Telegraph, says Moloney and Roberts vindicated the New Zealanders' reputation as courageous fighters. Mr. William Pollock, in the Daily tixpress, describes Wallace 's innings as jf Ihe higheSt Test mqtch quality. Mr. Eobertson, in the Glasgow Morning Post,_ says the eighth wicket partaership was the most noble stand for /ears at Lord's. • Mr. Frank Thorogood, in the NewsOhronicle, speculates on the effect of :he interruptioh to present the players ro the King and says: "As the eereaony was so near the close of play it :s a pity stumps were not pulled as >oth batsmen were well set before the (oyal interval occurred." Kerr's courage in returning after his injury is widely tributed.
