Japan Proposes Loan of £200,000,000 LONDON, June 28. Tlie Daily Telegrapli's Tokio corrospondent says : Convcrsations which are proceeding in London with a view to arrauging Anglo-Japanese co-operation in China are occUpying the chief attention of the nation. Japan is undoubtedly most anxious to join Britain and possibly the United States in making a large loan to China for economic re-construction. Japanese experts are of the opinion that China needs at least £200,000,000."
