CORONATION SOUVENIR BOOKS

^'Eobdn Hood" wants all groups which have not yet sent in their unsoid Coronation pTOgramme books and balance of the money to do so as soon as possible. He wants to get all in to New Zealand headquarters by the end of June, or very early in July. They have been hanging on too long as it is already. I just . happened to switch on to Daventry wireless as our Chief was giving a broadcast to all scouts. In his talk he thanked those scouts who had sold the Coronation souvenir booke. He also asked all scouts to keep to their -promise and their laws and then they would be doing their duty to our Empirfl and also to the world, i He finished by reading a message that he had just that minute received from the King who congratulated scouts on their work at the Coronation and (vished success to scouts everywhere. "BIG SMOKE."
