. PALMERSTON N., This Diy. Advice that it considers the owners ' of B radio atatious h&ve had a reasonable time in which to define their attitude towards the Government's purchase proposals, and that it desires to xeach fimality dn the general question, has been received by Mr. J*. V. Kyle, owner of statien 2ZO, Palmerston North, which has been operated for the past 6$ years. He has received a letter asking liim, if he is not prepared to accept the price offered by the Government, to submit the lowest price at which he is prepared to sell. Failing egreement as to the price, the Government has intimated that it will be willing to submit the matter to arbitration, and abide by the decisiou. A definite xeply is sought by the Gov'ernment by July 3.
