Georges Bonnet, formerly French Ambassador at Wasbington, who has been a-ppointecl Minister of Finance in the new Ministry, arrived at Cherbourg on tbe line'r Queen Mary and immediately was rushed to Paris by special train on wbicb he discussed with fmancia] experts tbe last-minute adjustments to tbe' financial programme wbich he bas been drawing up in the course of tbe talks by radiophone with tbo Preirncr, M Cbauteinps, during tbe voyage. M. Gbautemps will outline tbe plan to Cabinet to-night and will meet tbo Ohamber of Deputies on Tuesday.
