UNLICENSED GOODS SERVICE
For operating an unlicensed goods service, Septimus Jaines Edward Ste•phenson, of Waipawa, carrier, was •fined 10/-, with 10/- costs, and on a chargiB of overloading a heavy motor vehicle was fined £2, with 10/- costs, by Mr. J, Miller, in the Napier Magistyate's Couyt yesterday. Mr, H. Dowling explained that defendant had roade one trip out of his territory and liad faiicd to take out a temporary licence which was available to him.
