(Received 28, 11 a'.m.) SANTANDER, June 27. Oficial circl6s report that the Basque Minister of Health, Senor Espi'nosa, and two companions, wbo were captured when their plane made a forced landing near Zarauz, were shot by tbe rebels. The French pilot and mechanic were imprisoned. A message from Vittoria "says that an insurgent communique records the execution by the Basques at Bilbao of Miss Brebie Boland Lyons, aged 57, goyerness, born at Iceland, who for the past 37 years bad been employed in the honsehold of Count de Zubiria, Despite her protests that she was a British subject with a British passport, she was shot with four members of the Zubiria family.
