Oonveyance services for school children have been running in the Otago district for 20 years without accident involving injury to children, stated an Education Board official when the Hon. It. Semple 's statement eoncerning licensing school buses was referred to him. He stated that all the Otago buses were examined by a county council or other local authority inspeetor, and the board was satisfied from the inspection certificates that the buses were safe.
