Hon. R. Semple on Health Trip (Ey Telegraph— Prcas Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. Hon. P. Fraser stated to-night that, although Hon. R. Semple had returned to his ministerial duties and thrown himself into his many tasks with his usual enthusiasm, Cabinet felt it unwise at present for the Minister to shoulder his heavy administrative burdens till he made further progress in physical recovery.
