Car Involved in Collision Did Not Stop A suspectpd case of a "hit-and-run" •notorist has been reported to the Hastings police as tlie outcome of a collision between two cars at the interseetion of Heretaunga and Charles •itreets late yesterday afternoon. Though one oar was extensivelv damaged as the result of grazing a telegraph oole no-one was injured. One of the cars was approachimr diarles htreet when it was struck hy the other aud forced against the pos't at the corner. The onooming vehicle, %owever, fdid not stop. thongh a number of passers-hy made efforts to attrnct the driver's attention.
