Annual Conference Commences

HAMILTON, This Day. The annual conference of the Dominion Herd-Testing Federation opened at Hamilton to-day when delegates from all parts of New Zealand were present. The meeting was -addressed by Mr. A. J. Murdocli, chairmau of the Dairy Board, and the secretary, Mr. T. C. Brash, who referred to the satisfactor> growth of the testing movement during the past seagon. Mr. G. R. Herron, Canterbury, was re-elected president and Messrs. It. A. Candy, "Waikato, C. W. Humin, Cantefbury, and W. H. Gimblett, Manawatu, to the management committe«
