ANCIENT BIBLE REALISES £8000 AT LONDON BOOK SALE

The Gutenberg Bihle, originally discovered in a farmhouse, fetched £8000 at Sotherhy's sale of treasures from the Clumher Lihrary, Work sop, on behalf of the Earl of Lincoln. A fifteenth century illuminated hook,' "Hours of Isahel of Brittany ' * fetched £13,500 and a first folio of Shakespeare sold for £56G0. *
