CLEARING SALE OF DAIRY HERD

The Hawke's Bay Farmers* Co-op. Assn., Ltd., has received instructions from Mr A. E. Morgan, Omarunui road, Puketapu (whose lease has expired and who is giving up dairying owing to ill health), to sell the whole of his dairy herd, live and dead stock- on Thursday, July 1, at 11 a.m. This herd has been worked up by Mr Morgan over the past 17 years, and he has used only the very best of certified butterfat-producing bulls, and over the past two seasons half(the herd has averaged 400/500 lb., the average of the whole herd being 373 and 340 lbs.
