Questions at Harbour Board Meeting Replying to Mr. H. R. Peacoek at yesterday 's meeting of the Napier Harbour Board, the engineer, Mr. G. W. Lowson, explained that the dredge Whakarire 's returns were much greater than those of the dredge Hapai, due to her working on double shift. "Ts the Hapai working all right now?" aslced Mr.' L. E. Harris. "It is not doing as imich as we would like dt to do. We have to keep it working on soft material." said Mr. Lowson. Ile further explained that the Whakarire was coping with all the material without difiiculty.
