CHEISTCHUECH, Last Night. An inquest was opened to-day into the death of William Alexander Gray, a married man, aged 74, of Hackthorne road, Cashmere. Mr. Gray had been in bad health since he suffered injuries iu a motor accident at Weka Pass on April 22 and he died at his home during the week-end. Evidence of .identification was given by his son, Ivor Clanley Gray, and the inquest was adjourned for a post mortem.
