SITTING AT NIGHTS
Commusion's Decision Sittings at night to facilitate the hearing of the Napier Public Hospital inqniry were decided upon by the Boyhl Commission to-day. The chairman, Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M., in addre&sing counsel engaged in the hearing said that the commission did not wisli to inconvenience them but that the hearing would be protracted if the commission did not sit at night. The menibers of the commission were prbpared to sit on some nights. "I know that I anx asking a lot of you all in. making this euggestion." said Mr Mosley. "I would suggest that we sit to-night and to-morrow night from 7.30 to 10. I don't want-in any way to curtaii the sitting, but tho members of the cohxmission aro busy and have ofcher public eugagements.
