Charged with being found drunk m charge of a car in Heretaunga street, Albert Charles Gerbes appeared in the Hastings Magistrate's Court this morning before Mr. A. C. A. Hyde, J.P. Defendant was represented by Mr. W. Selwyn Averill. ■ A remand until Wednesday was grauted on tlio applicatiou of tbe polico, luiil of £25 being reuewcd.
