WELLINGTON, This Day. The iinportation into New Zealand of Uoney was dispussed by the National Beelieepers' Association conference and a rernit was carried asking for Government control of all imports, Several delegates spoke of the danger of apiary disoases being introduced. The conference decided to asa for a rebate on heavy trafflc fees on tmeks used by beekeepers for carrying apiary prodncts. The following ofiieers were eleoted! Pvesident, Mr. L. F. Robins (Temuka); vice-president, Mr. E. A. Field (Foxton); executive, Messrs. G. Kirker (Taranaki), T. Pearson (Hamilton), C. R. Paterson (Oamaru) and L. IC Gi'iffin (Southland).
