Tributes to Mr R. M. Chadwick NAPIER CHAMBER The secretary of the Napier Chamber of Commerce, Mr E. M. Chadwick, ihformed the chamber last night that he was reluctantly compelled to relinquish his position, owing to the fact that he had accepted a full-time position with the Automobile Association (Hawke 's Bay). Members expressed their regret at losing the services of an able secretary. The president, Mr L. C. Eolls, said that Mr Chadwick had filled the position of. secretary with full efficiency for the past 13 years. During that period he had been an invaluable and energetic officer. Many other members gpoke in endorsement of the remarks of the president. '
