■ "" ■ v 11 Reprasentative Team Insurance An application from the East Coast Rugby Sub-TJnion for insurance for a representative team to be fielded this year, was received by the Hawke's Ba'y Rugby TJnion last evening. Owing to the fact that no club competition matehes are played in the sub-union this season, and that it is actually in recess for one year, it was deeided to point out that the rules prohibited the (jover.
