PORANGAHAU, Last Night. Last week the Porangahau Ladies' Golf Club played the second round for Mrs. Lancaster 'e trophy. Eesulhs: — Miss Pam Board beat Miss Douglas. Mrs. Stewart beat Mrs. Ward. Mrs. Douglas beat Mrs. Hawea. On Saturday a sealed handicap was played. The following are the scores: — Miss Pat Board 64, Mrs. Stewart 69, Miss Pam Board 72, Mrs. Douglas 73, Mrs. Wickman 74, Miiss White 747, Miss Eenall 78, Mrs. E. Eopiha 78, Mrs. M. Eopiha 79, Mrs. Ward 87, Mrs. Eoss 94. The men's club played a flag match which was won by J. Sciascia. The Wallingford and Wilder clubs combined and played Porangahau during the week-end. The results are as follow, Porangahau players being mentioned first: — Men. — W. Kuru and Cochrane beat Eickey and P. Wilder; Lancaster and Douglas beat Stoddart and Canning; E. Ropdha and Board lost to Hope and J. Ormond; M. Eopiha and Sciascia beat Dean and McDonald; Black and Stewart beat N. Wilder and Prussing; Thompson and P. Ward beat G. McLeod and Paterson; W. McLeod and J. Collins lost to Judd and J. Byrne; Carsmichael and Eenall halved with D. Ormond and Balfour; Stringer and G. Ward beat Long and B. Byrne. A two-ball match played in the afternoon resulted: — Kuru beat Eickey; Cochrane beat P. Wilder; Lancaster beat Stoddart; Douglas beat Canning; E. Eopiha beat Hope; Board beat J. Ormond; M. Eopiha lost to Dean; Sciascia lost to McDonald; Black beat N. Wilder; Stewart lpst.to Prussing; Thompson lost to G. McLeod; P. Ward beat Paterson; W. McLeod lost to Judd; J. Collins beat J. Byrne; Carmichael beat D. Ormond; Eenall lost to Balfour; Stringer beat Long; G. Ward beat B. Byrne. Women 's four-ball. — Misses Sargisson and Douglas beat Mrs. Wilson and Miss Ormond; Mrs. R.
