JJOTICE IS HEREBY GlVEN that it is the intention of the Patangata County Council, at its meeting to be held at 10.30 a.m. on TUESDAY, the 13th. day of July, 1937, to make and levy, under the provisions of the ' ' Counties Act, 1920" (Sections 120 and 121) and the "Rating Act, 1925" (Sections 57 to 59) a uniform General Rata of l|d in the £ on the basis of the unimproved value of all rateable property within the County of Patangata. Out of the proceeds bf the above xate will be paid the interest and other eharges on the following loans: Nos. 6 and 7, Mangatarata Metalling Loans, £3300. Conversion - No. 3, Bridges Construction Loan, £20,935. Conversion No. 7A, Antecedent Liability Loan, £12,650; Conversion No. 7A, Bridges Construction Loan, £20,000; £21,660. _ * ? Conversion No. 7B, Bridges Construction Loan, £18,575. Conversion No. 7C, County Loan, £7405. ' Conversion No. 7D, County Loan (Supplementary), £1725. AND ALSO in terms of SPECIAL * ORDER passed on the 13th day of Mareh, 1928, to collect eharges therein fiyp.d for- the Porangahau Water Supply Service; and in terms of SPECIAL ORDER passed on the 10th day of No-4-ember, 1931, to collect eharges there- . in fixed for the Otane Water Supply Service. AND ALSO to mane and levy under The Napier Harbour Board^Empoworing and Loan Act, 1884," "The Napier Harbour Board Loan Act, 1892," "The Napier Harbour Board Loans Enabiing Act, 1918 ' ' and any other Act (if any) under the authonty of which the Board kas power to make and levy a Special Rate, and .for the purpose of said Acts, a rate of 3/lGths of one penny in the £ on the basis of the unimproved value of the rateable property of the said Board situated within the Patangata County, to provide the sum of £1813 4/6 being the auiount of levy payable by this Couneil to the Napier Harbour Board for the current flnancial year. Such xates to be for a period conimenced on the 1st April, 193/, and ending 011 tlic 31s»t Ma.rch, 19cj8, and shall be payable in .one sum on the 1st day of September, 1937, at tlie Office of the Patangata County Council, Nortliuinberland Street, Waipukurau, where the Piate Books and Valuation Rolls will be opcn for inspection during ciffice hours, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., exeept on Saturdays, when the hours will be from 10 a.m. tilk noon.
