JJOTICE IS HEREBY GlVEN that it is the intention of the Patangata County Council, at its meeting to be held at 10.30 a.m. on TUESDAY, the 13th. day of July, 1937, to make and levy, under the provisions of the ' ' Counties Act, 1920" (Sections 120 and 121) and the "Rating Act, 1925" (Sections 57 to 59) a uniform General Rata of l|d in the £ on the basis of the unimproved value of all rateable property within the County of Patangata. Out of the proceeds bf the above xate will be paid the interest and other eharges on the following loans: Nos. 6 and 7, Mangatarata Metalling Loans, £3300.
