COMEDY AND MYSTERY An entertaining blend of drama and comedy on the subjects of ofBoe life and love, Paramount's "One Hour Late," sereens to-night at the Municipal Theatre, with Joe Morrison, Helen Twelvetrees and Conrad Nagel in the leading featured roles. . The picture, which has its exciting climax in a stalled ogioe elevator, tells the love story of two ordinary people, played by Morrison and Miss Twelvetrees. Arthur Byroh heads the cast of "The Strange Conspiracy,'' the second feature which is an expose of the machihations of the crooked politicians and profiteers who attempt to tbrust a nation into a new world conflict. How their well-laid plans are defeated, although the ruler of the country is kidnapped, furnishes the materia] for an exciting film .
