(Received 15, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, June 14. The Empire Prime Hinisters resumed their meeting this afternoon and are endeavouring to complete a summary of the Conference proeedure, otherwise the Conference 's most important document, comprising what can be revealed to tlie public regarding foreign affairs aua defence deliberations, will not be available. It was clear at the outset that little, if any, would be available for publieation regarding the eonfidential aspects of the discussions. The drafting of these discussions has not proved troublesome, bnt the Australian Associated Press' political correspondent understands that difficulty occurred when Mr Savage disagreed with sections of the report and insisted upon the inclusion of references to a higher standard of living for the inasses. Sonie of the delegates disliked what they considered to be Mr Savage 's intrusion of politics as distinct from the more Imperial viewpoint, but Mr Savage was adamant.
