Allegations in U.S. House of Representatives (Received 14, 8.45 a.m.) WASHINGTON, June 13. Immediotely after President IlooseveJt put his signature to a resolution oreatiiig a joint committee to investigate the evasion of income tax by millionaires, Mr Fish, a member of the House of Repreeentatives, caused a sensatiou by deuiauding un investigation into L'residcn t Roosevelt's own iucome tax payments. He declared: "J ain reliably informed that he deducted the lo&aes on liis so-called farru at Hyde Fark, which is not a fafra but a palatial residence." Democratic members angrily shouted, "fcsit downl" Mr Fish retorted : "What is sauce lor the goose is sauce for the gander."
