Mrs. M. H. Dalby Still Suffering from Shock

WAIPUKURAU, This Day. Because Mrs M. H. Dalby, of Porangahau, is still sulfcrlng from shock us the result of the motor-ear accident last Wednesday night, the police are unable to fix a date for the resuniption of the inquest into the death of Edwin Thomas Whelch. It will probably be a fortniglit at least before Ihe inquiry k continudd. Mrs Dalby was with Mr Wholcli when Ihe car Ihe dcceased was driving somorsaultod after slriking a bauk on the Hatuma road betwoen Waipukurau and Takapau. Mr Whelch was killed outright, but Mrs Dalby sustained only minor injurie's. The accidcnt caused lier considerable shock, however, and sho ie still receiving mcdical attenbioa.
