CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Charles Drummond Bailey, farxner, oi Uoburn, was fined £10 in each of twc charges by Mr Justice Northcroft today, when he appeared for sentence oii charges of negligent driving causing injury, and failing to render assistance after an accident. Bailey' s licence was Icancelled and he was disqualified frorti holding oue for three years.
