\SrELLIN GTGN, This Day. The aeting-Brime Minister, the Hon. P, Fraser, at Hamilton this morning announced that the Hon. Mark Fagan, leader of the Legislative Council and Minister of Customs, whose term as a member of the Legislative Council expired last night, had been reappointed. "The appointment of other Legislative Councillors," stated Mr Fraser, "is a matter which will be held over until the return of the Prime Minister from the Imperial Conference."
